NuPathe, Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing innovative therapeutic products for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases. The company’s lead product, NP101, is a novel transdermal patch for acute migraine that may address the most common complaints of patients – migraine-associated nausea/vomiting, inconsistent relief, and adverse events. Phase III clinical trials are being initiated for NP101. Additionally, NP201, a long acting injectable implant for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease is in preclinical development. General Partner Tracy Warren led the investment in NuPathe, which completed its IPO in August 2010.
